Everything is made to order

We hold no stock, so nothing sells out. Your shirt is printed on an AS Colour blank after payment clears — allow 5–7 days before dispatch. That is production time, not postage.

Prices and shipping

• Tees are A$39.95 each. All prices are in Australian dollars.
• A$9.95 flat rate anywhere in Australia, free once your order reaches A$100.00.
• We ship within Australia only at present, and delivery after dispatch depends on Australia Post.
• The price that applies is the one shown when you check out.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email orders@spicytshirt.com as soon as you can with your order number. If we have not started printing we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once printed it cannot go back into stock, because there is none.

Returns, faults and your consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply automatically and cannot be excluded.

If a shirt arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from what was shown, or not the size you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Email us with your order number and a photograph and we will sort it out at our cost.

Change of mind is different: because every shirt is printed to your order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on the garment itself. Check the size guide first — measurements come from AS Colour and are taken flat — and if you are between sizes, size up.

The designs are ours

Every design on this site is an original work owned by Spicy T-Shirt. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the artwork: no reproducing, reselling, printing or commercial use without written permission.

What the shirts say

Our designs are satirical and deliberately provocative — commentary and opinion, not statements of fact, and not medical, legal or financial advice. What you do while wearing one is your business.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid. This does not limit any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
