Shipping

• A$9.95 flat rate anywhere in Australia, free once your order reaches A$100.00.
• We ship within Australia only at present.
• Every tee is printed to order — allow 5–7 days before dispatch, then Australia Post's usual delivery time.

If something is wrong with your order

If a shirt arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from what was shown, or not the size you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply automatically and we do not try to limit them.

Email orders@spicytshirt.com with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you at our cost — you will not be out of pocket for our mistake. Same address if a parcel has not arrived in a reasonable time: we will chase Australia Post and replace it if it is genuinely lost.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind returns on the garment itself. Your shirt is printed for your order, in your size, and cannot go back into stock, because we hold none.

Check the size guide before ordering, and if you are between sizes, size up or email us and we will help you pick. If you need to change or cancel, email orders@spicytshirt.com as soon as you can with your order number — if printing has not started we will refund you in full.
