What we collect

Your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Stripe collects it at checkout and passes it to us so we can print and post your order. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach us.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which designs people look at. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view and rough location — never your name, email or order details. There are no advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies for spicytshirt.com. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

Your cart lives in your browser's local storage as product codes and quantities only; clearing site data for spicytshirt.com removes it.

Who sees it

Only the parties needed to run the shop and get a shirt to your door: Stripe (payment and receipt), Resend (emails your order to us), Google Analytics (visit statistics, never your order details), and our print provider (your name, address and what to print). We do not sell your information.

All of them process data on servers outside Australia, so by using the site and ordering you agree to it being handled overseas for those purposes.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records for at least five years, the period Australian tax law requires. Beyond that, only what answers questions about past orders.

Access, correction and deletion

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email orders@spicytshirt.com and we will action it, less any records we are legally required to keep — we will tell you if that applies.

If our response does not satisfy you, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au. If a breach is likely to cause you serious harm we will notify you and the OAIC.
